The park has been converted to private RV sites and camping cabins. Another good park bites the dust.

A good fairground RV park. Sites are on-well kept grass and fairly close together, but should have plenty of room on any other except event weeks. Restrooms are better than most fairground parks; clean and modern. The $20 rate applies to non-event parking. If you are there for an event, the rate is $10. We were here for a High School Rodeo and were one of only about 10 rigs in the park, so there was plenty of room. No sewer, but there is an available dump.

Just received and email from the park operators that the park has been sold. They do not at the present time know what the new owners have in mind. Better be sure the park is operating before making plans to stay there.

We have stayed here several times in the past when going to or returning from trips out of State. In the past have been satisfied with the park as an overnight stop. Nothing has changed with the park, but I am afraid that they have priced themselves out of my business. The park is just not worth $35 for an overnight stop.

This is a typical fairground/rodeo grounds park. Grass covered level sites. Water and 30 amp electricity at the sites. Dump available. You should be self contained as there are no showers and the only restrooms are over at the arena. The park is far enough off the freeway and far enough from the railroad tracks to be quite quiet at night. There is a private airport next door, but not lighted so there is no nighttime traffic. Definitely not a destination, but quite adequate for an overnighter.

I must disagree with the prior review. We just spent 12 days at the Sea Perch. The entire stay was very pleasant. Yes, the sites are close together and are on a slope, BUT THIS IS A REAL SEA SIDE PARK. The grass between the sites is regularly cut. In the 12 days we were there the grass was cut twice. The cable is eight channels and was clear during the entire time. The owners were pleasant and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. True, the park is older, but it is probably one of the only true waterfront sites on the Oregon Coast. We will definitely return.
